This time, there are two illustrators to cooperate with SUZUKI (CAR’S BRAND OF JAPAN) with their product.
I’m lucky to have an opportunity to been one of them. My duty is background design in this project.
They have two events in TAIPEI and KAOHSIUNG, and I want to show out Taiwanese’ distinguishing feature in this project.
South.
We do not have many famous landscapes in KAOHSIUNG, so I put some individual elements in it, such as friends of local band... hiding inside the windows of building in my painting. Unexpected, they really like it.
North

In this painting, I used some landmarks to be the main point, include Taipei 101, Maokong Cable Car, Miramar Ferris Wheel etc.
Here is an interesting experience. When I was almost done, the corporation wanted to change the design. They would like to move Taipei 101 in front of the Cable Car. However, in my opinion, there is a screen in the middle of this painting. So it won’t be in right angle of our view. After our communication, they agreed with my initial design.
